Our prices include all costs and expenses during the trip: food and drinks, car hire and insurance, fuel, use of equipment, search and rescue coverage.
A briefing, online or physical depending on the location, can be arranged free of charge (one per trip). This is advisable for people without off-road experience.
Dunes and Stars desert adventure:

Our prices exclude:
- Flights. Sorry, we do not book flights.
- Hotels (first and last night). This allows you to choose the type of hotel you like best. We’d be happy to book this for you for a small reservation fee. We can offer good hotel rates through our agents.
- Visa (on arrival or online)
- Damage to the cars (applies to self-drive only) . The cars will be insured for 3rd party liability and damage. The terms of the rental company will apply and will include an excess of approx. OMR 150,- per car (the amount you have to pay if you damage the car).
For longer trips, special expeditions, overland vehicle support or basically any great desert adventure, please ask us for a quotation.
- Bookings per group of 2-10 guests.
- Minimum trip duration 3 days / 2 nights.
- We are open to receiving special requests and are happy to work out a customized package for your group.

Clients with their own vehicles (Overlanders or UAE/Oman residents)
If you live in the GCC, or you are overlanding and would like to bring your own car and/or equipment, this is also possible. But we do have the following requirements for your vehicle which must be met:
- 4WD/expedition truck with separate ladder chassis (Landcruiser, Patrol Safari, Wrangler, G-wagon etc). No SUVs (Cayenne, Touareg).
- Fuel range of 500 km off road.
- Extra spare tyre unless you have a Toyota Landcruiser (then we can exchange tyres).
- Recently serviced and in good condition.
You can, of course, also bring your own equipment.
